ORDER PROCESSING:

Please allow PRKN to process your order. Expect an email to let you know your order is on the way! 

FLAT RATE SHIPPING 

Orders are generally shipped within 2 to 3 days (available stock pending) using your local shipping. Generally, this will be Australia Post. All standard shipping fees are covered in cost of purchase. Express post cost will be covered by customers. 

REFUNDS, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

We accept returns up to 7 days after delivery, if the item is in its original condition and receipt included. We will refund the full order amount

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at support@prknwatches.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
